About The Position

INflow Federal is seeking a Test Engineer to work on a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile, fast-paced development environment. The qualified candidate will support the development and implementation of a Space Ground mission-focused software cloud application. Assigned tasks may include the development of Test Plans, Test Procedures, integration and requirement sell-off. The Test Engineer will coordinate with the Rogue Technical Team to accomplish program tasks, provide technical solutions, and support system integration on the Rogue program. Supports customer meeting and briefings as necessary. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. Please note that this position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Understanding and application of modern software development and systems engineering practices, design principles, techniques, and technologies
  • Able to read and follow procedures and flow diagrams
  • Experience with developing systems engineering process for planning dev, integration and test
  • Capable of writing detailed test procedures
  • Capable of learning new systems quickly
  • Highly motivated and able to work well in both team and solo settings
  • The ability to engage constructively with peers and technical leads to communicate the technical approach, trade-offs, and technical decisions
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering/technical discipline
  • 8+ years related experience or equivalent experience, training and/or certifications
  • Active DoD Top Secret (SCI preferred)
  • Must have valid driver’s license and transportation.
  • Candidate must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have willingness to perform duties not listed in the job description as required by INflow and our customer.
  • Candidates must be US Citizens to be considered for employment.
