As a Senior Territory Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of MAPFRE’s growth strategy within the state Maine, shaping market presence and delivering profitable results across a designated territory of independent insurance agencies. This is a high-impact leadership role where you act as a trusted consultant and strategic influencer, providing thought leadership to internal teams and agency partners. You’ll build and strengthen agency relationships, develop and execute territory business plans, and deliver consultative sales recommendations that expand MAPFRE’s market share. Your ability to mentor and guide Assistant Territory Sales Managers (Asst. TSMs) will help shape the next generation of sales leaders.
