About The Position

Euro School of Tennis is hiring friendly and reliable tennis coaches to teach beginner-level tennis to children in Grades K–3 at various elementary schools across the Bay Area. Training, lesson plans, and equipment are provided. Classes are generally 1–1.5 hours long and may begin between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Two or more days per week are preferred; the posting lists approximately 2–5 hours weekly. This is an in-person, part-time position. Compensation is $50–$65 per hour, also described as $50–$65 per class.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Enjoys working with children.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Tennis playing or coaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach fun and engaging tennis lessons.
• Manage groups of 8–10 children.
• Set up equipment and take attendance.
• Keep classes safe, active, and enjoyable.
