This role is responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals, and matching them with Seacoast Bank products and services. The Senior Teller will also handle operational functions such as processing transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and balancing their cash drawer. They will contribute to a positive and innovative branch environment, participate in community events, and collaborate with colleagues. The position requires a strong understanding of consumer deposit and lending products, outbound calling, and customer-facing technology. Additionally, the Senior Teller will develop introductory knowledge of small business deposit products and processes.
