The Technology Manager is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. This role’s primary responsibility is to the people they manage, ensuring team members are developing as engineers through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career development. In addition to people leadership, this role is accountable for team-level resource and financial management, engineering maturity, application management, and ensuring technology solutions comply with enterprise standards for risk, security, resiliency, and operational excellence. The Technology Manager will advocate for modern Agile software development practices, partner closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and business stakeholders, and contribute to the technology strategy for the supported domain. This role will support teams delivering solutions across Workplace and Commercial Credit Technology platforms, including Salesforce, Mule, integrations, and underwriting-related applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.
