About The Position

This role is for a Senior Technology Analyst in the Clinical Imaging department, located in Jacksonville, FL. The position is full-time, hybrid, with a salary range of $83,090.04 - $115,822.45 per year. The analyst will provide real-time, on-site application support and expert troubleshooting to radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to minimize workflow disruptions. They will perform proactive rounding with physician leaders and clinical teams to resolve imaging software challenges at the point of care. The role involves managing local ticket queues, monitoring system performance logs to guarantee prompt issue resolution within strict service level agreements, and coordinating image-guided equipment onboarding, worklist configurations, and workstation maintenance with field service and biomedical teams. Additionally, the analyst will lead local system testing and downtime procedures during major technical incidents to protect patient data integrity and care continuity.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Proven senior-level experience providing technical application support for enterprise radiology PACS platforms, DICOM workflows, and EHR integrations.
  • Working knowledge of voice recognition reporting systems, image-sharing platforms, or diagnostic reading workstation hardware.
  • Ability to maintain an on-site physical presence and travel between local healthcare facilities to support clinical operations.
