Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related scientific discipline with 7+ years of beverage industry experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in beverage formulation, flavor application, and technical troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing beverage applications and supporting commercialization activities.
- Familiarity with pilot plant equipment and scale-up processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for customer-facing and cross-functional interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage flavor applications and associated technical support across diverse beverage projects.
- Design and execute complex initiatives, developing beverage application bases and innovative concepts showcasing our flavors, ingredients, and technologies.
- Participate in the technical selling team to strengthen customer relationships and mentor junior professionals.
- Manage project briefs, champion actions to achieve objectives, and lead customer work sessions and technical presentations.
- Apply expertise in beverage flavors, ingredients, formulations, and processes while building a strong network across the technical community.
- Maintain knowledge of customer strategies, brands, and products while staying informed on industry trends, ingredients, and emerging technologies.
