Now lead from the front—where your expertise shapes how an entire team delivers care. What You’ll Do Own uptime: diagnose, repair, and calibrate complex medical systems that clinicians rely on daily. Lead in the field: guide technicians, run huddles, and keep service delivery sharp and on track. Raise the bar: train others, solve the problems no one else can, and turn lessons into better systems. Be the bridge: translate technical reality into clear updates for nurses, doctors, and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years working with medical equipment in clinical engineering or healthcare technology management (required)
- CE experience and ability to lead and influence others (required)
- 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience (required; certification programs may substitute)
- Strong computer, networking, and troubleshooting skills; valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Certifications like A+, CBET, CRES, or CLES (preferred)
