Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred
  • Experience in laboratory or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with 5S, safety standards, and SOP-driven workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Prepare laboratory and production environments to ensure operational readiness
  • Verify availability of materials, tools, documentation, and equipment prior to activities
  • Support setup and changeover of lab and production processes
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces following 5S principles
  • Adhere to and promote all safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Execute defined manufacturing and lab workflows in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in process development, validation, and optimization activities
  • Support gathering technical facility requirements to meet operational, environmental, and compliance needs
  • Monitor and maintain lab infrastructure, utilities, and consumables
  • Support maintenance and calibration schedules for workspaces to ensure accuracy and reliability of instruments
  • Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for repairs and servicing
  • Support production timelines to ensure on-time product delivery
