About The Position

The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment. This position will work on-site at our McKinney, TX location, working 2nd Shift.

Requirements

HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience with testing equipment and/or software in a manufacturing environment.
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience producing presentations of status, issues, and actions.
Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Experience in troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at a component level using schematics, test equipment and technical procedures
