The Industrial Systems Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems, HVAC systems, and fire protection equipment. This role ensures that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and regulatory standards. The technician will work closely with other teams to support facility operations and minimize downtime. Senior Technician, Facilities Maintenance – 1st Shift (Onsite) What You Will Do Electrical Systems Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and implement corrective measures. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations. HVAC Systems Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units. Inspect and replace filters, belts, and other components to maintain optimal performance. Fire Protection Systems General understanding and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems, such as alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers. General Maintenance Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment. Respond to machine breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and facility maintenance standards.
