About The Position

The Senior Technical Vendor Manager – Firmware Readiness will play a critical role in ensuring our GPU infrastructure is deployment-ready at scale. This is not a traditional vendor management role – it sits at the intersection of firmware engineering, vendor coordination, and large-scale infrastructure delivery, working closely with NVIDIA, OEM partners, and internal engineering teams. The successful candidate will own end-to-end firmware readiness across NVIDIA and OEMs, ensuring firmware is ready, stable, validated, and aligned to deployment timelines—eliminating delays, reducing deployment risk, and improving overall platform reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in technical vendor management, systems engineering, firmware operations, or infrastructure delivery.
  • Strong understanding of firmware lifecycle management in enterprise, GPU, or HPC environments.
  • Experience working directly with OEMs, hardware vendors, or platform providers.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical programs, escalations, and deployment risks.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in complex, cross-functional programs.
