Senior Technical Training Specialist
About The Position
Reporting to the Senior Technical Training Manager, Knowledge Solutions, the Senior Technical Training Specialist supports Technical Training Leadership and Business Operations in the planning, development, and delivery of technical training solutions for UL products, standards, certifications, and emerging technologies for external clients. This role focuses on enabling technical competency and specialized knowledge within UL Solutions' business areas through a combination of Learning Management System (LMS) administration, project management, and instructional design. The position manages projects from initiation through delivery, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures technical learning initiatives are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business and customer needs. The three main areas of focus are: LMS Management, Project Management, and some Instructional Design.
