About The Position

As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to our Enterprise Operations business with a focus on critical IT hiring, helping leaders identify and attract top-tier talent to drive our mission forward. You'll combine business acumen, strategic recruitment expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence to ensure we hire the right people at the right time. In this role, you will be responsible for executing recruitment efforts for our technical functions in the USA. You will support and fill requisitions while developing strong pipelines of qualified diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. You will understand and implement diverse and functional Talent Acquisition strategies. We're working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This on-site role will reside at our Operational Headquarters in Fridley, MN.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment (or 2+ years with an advanced degree)

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or high-growth tech industries.
  • Previous experience recruiting in the Information Technology space - Cybersecurity, Solutions/IT Architects, IT Business Analysts, etc
  • Strong business acumen-you understand how talent drives business success.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
  • A knack for balancing speed, quality, and a consultative approach to hiring.
  • Experience leveraging AI, data analytics, and innovative sourcing tools to attract top talent.
  • Passion for customer service, ensuring both candidates and internal stakeholders have a best-in-class experience.
