Responsibilities

  • Direct Sourcing for Clinical Talent: Lead recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill BCBA, corporate, leadership and other clinical positions using innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Leaders: Partner closely with clinical directors to understand team needs and ensure a seamless fit for each hire.
  • Strategically Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a robust pool of top-tier candidates, utilizing your clinical recruitment experience to identify the best talent.
  • Drive Candidate Success: Ensure successful onboarding and retention of hires, supporting them throughout their journey with HHF.
