You’re comfortable working independently and communicate clearly across time zones, and bring good judgment to how decisions get made. You care, you collaborate, and you take pride in making thoughtful, well-reasoned decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the US (B2B SaaS / tech preferred)
  • Experience hiring commercial or go-to-market roles at scale
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Strong communication skills and comfort using data to drive decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, from intake to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Lead proactive, creative, and data-driven sourcing efforts
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and overall fit, and guide hiring managers through effective selection decisions
  • Manage offers, including compensation discussions
  • Use recruiting data and analytics to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
  • Maintain a high-quality, transparent candidate experience
  • Ensure accuracy in the ATS and adherence to internal processes
