About The Position

We are looking for a senior software architect with strong engineering taste: someone who has seen enough systems to recognize good patterns, weak abstractions, fragile code, and avoidable complexity early. This is a hands-on architecture role. We need someone who can move with urgency, create clarity from ambiguity, and raise the technical quality of the team without slowing execution down. You know that simple is hard. You can stay close to code while thinking at system level. You can mentor without becoming a bottleneck. You are excited to shape a category-defining SaaS product. We need judgment, speed, clarity, and ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Shape architecture across commissions, incentives, workflows, integrations, data processing, and customer-facing product systems.
• Turn complex business problems into clean designs, practical trade-offs, and shippable plans.
• Review code and design with strong instincts for correctness, scale, maintainability, and product impact.
• Establish simple, durable engineering patterns that help teams move faster with confidence.
• Mentor engineers through better design decisions, code quality, and technical judgment.
• Orchestrate AI agents effectively, using them to amplify engineering output without blindly submitting to their choices.
