Join us in shaping the future of hospitality! Canary is scaling quickly, and we need an experienced Senior Recruiter to own our hiring process from top to bottom. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience, specifically in the tech/SaaS space, who can handle full-cycle recruiting while helping us professionalize how we hire. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, and since we’re a meritocracy, your growth here will be tied directly to the quality of the team you help us build.

  • Act as the primary liaison for recruitment agencies and search firms when supplemental support is required for specialized searches.
  • Track and communicate key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to help optimize the talent acquisition strategy.

  • Company-wide days off each month to ensure at least one extended weekend or day off.
  • Budget for personal purchases to help achieve self-improvement goals.
  • Budget to help drive cross-functional professional development conversations.
