About The Position

Eon is transforming cloud backups from passive copies of data into searchable, accessible, and AI-ready data assets. Founded by the team behind CloudEndure, Eon is backed by Sequoia, Lightspeed, Greenoaks, BOND, and Elad Gil. We’ve raised $500M and are scaling rapidly. We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and own hiring across Eon’s technical and customer-facing organizations. You’ll recruit for a broad range of roles, including Field Engineers (FDEs), Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Technical Customer Success, SCM, and other technical customer-facing functions. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior technical and GTM leaders to build teams that can support Eon’s growth and work directly with some of the world’s largest enterprises.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and/or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience recruiting FDEs, Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Technical Customer Success, or similar profiles.
Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple searches in a fast-moving environment.
A hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset and willingness to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting cycle for technical and customer-facing roles, from sourcing through closing.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, understand technical requirements, and build effective recruiting strategies.
Source and engage highly sought-after technical talent across engineering, cloud infrastructure, data, AI, support, and customer-facing technical functions.
Recruit for roles such as FDE, Solutions Architect, Technical Support, Technical Customer Success, SCM, and related positions.
Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates for technical background, customer-facing skills, communication, problem-solving, and overall fit for the role.
Build strong relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate Eon’s technology, mission, and opportunity.
Manage candidates through the interview process and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to maintain a fast, structured, and consistent process.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
Use recruiting data and market feedback to improve sourcing strategies, processes, and hiring outcomes.
Help build the recruiting infrastructure and processes as Eon continues to scale.
