About The Position

Arch is hiring a Technical Recruiter to help build the engineering, product, and technical teams that power our growth. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent in a highly competitive market. You'll join a small recruiting team where you'll have significant ownership, influence hiring strategy, and help shape the processes that allow Arch to scale thoughtfully and efficiently. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving difficult hiring challenges, building strong relationships with technical stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring for technical roles in-house at a fast-growing startup.
• Proven success recruiting software engineers and other technical talent across a range of seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of building pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical roles.
• Ability to develop credibility and strong partnerships with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing hiring decisions through data and sound judgment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excitement for improving recruiting processes, building hiring infrastructure, and helping scale a world-class talent function.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, and other technical functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and drive hiring decisions.
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent.
• Develop a deep understanding of Arch’s technical teams, products, and hiring priorities to effectively assess and advocate for candidates.
• Maintain strong pipeline health and provide clear reporting, insights, and market intelligence to stakeholders.
• Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience through thoughtful communication and structured evaluation.
• Improve and operationalize recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and best practices as we scale.
• Provide guidance and calibration support to interviewers and hiring managers to ensure a high-quality and consistent hiring process.
• Contribute to team development and help elevate recruiting excellence across the organization.
