About The Position

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top technical talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, drive an efficient and inclusive interview process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will also leverage your sourcing expertise to engage passive candidates and build a strong technical talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a Senior Technical Recruiter with experience hiring for complex technical roles including higher level executive roles.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
  • Strong relationship management skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and engage top talent.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in fast-paced environments.
  • Manage a large volume of requisitions (potentially up to 50 or more) while meeting SLA's, staying organized, and providing timely Hiring Manager updates.

  • Experience recruiting for semiconductor industry roles or similar highly specialized technical fields.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and post compelling technical job descriptions that attract world-class talent.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Screen technical resumes and conduct pre-screening calls to assess skills and qualifications.
  • Champion the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote our employer brand and position the company as a top destination for technical talent.
  • Track key recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with KPIs.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and market trends to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Manage recruiting projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency and impact.
