About The Position

We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on leading complex technical searches and shaping recruiting strategy at scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Deep expertise in hiring in AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive influence
  • Fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools, ATS platforms (Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred), and talent analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior, critical, and hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Design and execute recruiting programs, frameworks, and workforce planning strategies
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executives and cross-functional leaders
  • Drive market intelligence, sourcing strategy, and data-informed hiring decisions
  • Mentor peers and elevate the overall capability of the TA function
