About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical engineering roles. This role involves building relationships with candidates and hiring teams, proactively sourcing top talent, conducting technical interviews, and partnering with internal teams to ensure successful placements. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our ATS, tracking key metrics, and staying informed about market trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting for technical engineering roles (hardware and software).
• Successful track record of managing multiple high-volume requisitions within VMS programs.
• Familiar with submitting candidates quickly within 24-48 hours.
• Strong communication and candidate relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience using an ATS or CRM (Bullhorn preferred).
• Passion for helping people find meaningful work and thrive in their careers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to placement and contractor support.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to match the right people with the right opportunities.
• Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods.
• Conduct technical interviews and guide candidates through every stage of the process.
• Partner with internal Account Managers to ensure timely submissions and successful placements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and job records within our ATS (Bullhorn).
• Track recruiting metrics to measure progress and drive improvement.
• Stay up to date on market trends and hiring needs in technology and engineering fields.
