We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to lead full-cycle recruiting across critical technical and business roles during a key growth phase at Mariana Minerals. This role is going to be a 6-12 months of contract where you will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and close top-tier talent in competitive markets. You will operate as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership—owning outcomes end to end, applying deep market insight, and continuously improving recruiting processes through data, systems, and automation.
