About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Senior Recruiter with a focus on technical engineering recruitment. The role involves connecting motivated candidates to meaningful work, building relationships with candidates and clients, and achieving recruitment goals. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the hiring of engineers across multiple levels and disciplines. This is a virtual position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
  • Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies.
  • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
  • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
  • Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms. Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.
