About The Position

As a Senior Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will build the team that shapes the company’s products. Operating within our decentralized recruiting model, you will embed directly into the Product organization to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. Because you are immersed in the team, you will develop a nuanced understanding of its dynamics and master the competitive landscape for Product Management. You will leverage this specialized expertise to drive proactive sourcing strategies and recruit for a diverse range of critical positions across the organization. We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires you to work onsite at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex, niche positions
  • Demonstrated experience generating a well-targeted and high-quality pipeline
  • Expertise in stakeholder alignment, including the ability to influence senior Product leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on timely communication
  • Adept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo
  • Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role, at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and successfully close top candidates
  • Partner closely with the Product leadership team. You’ll have weekly meetings with our SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, and Directors to collaboratively build the team (our hiring managers source, too!)
  • Make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scale
  • Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience
