About The Position
TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence for a contract position. This role is crucial for building a high-velocity recruiting engine to identify and hire top talent for TRM, a company focused on AI-powered intelligence solutions for crime disruption. The recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, create positive candidate experiences, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and continuously improve recruiting processes. Success will be measured by the velocity and quality of talent acquisition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
- 2+ years of tech recruiting experience within cybersecurity or threat intelligence companies.
- Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data, using these insights to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
- Quickly familiarize oneself with new roles and requirements, showcasing flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations. Skilled at building trust and acting as a strategic partner in the hiring process.
- Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets.
