About The Position

Senior Technical Quality Specialist C² Technologies seeks a Senior Technical Quality Specialist to ensure that products meet usability standards and Section 508/accessibility requirements. This senior role will review the work of Technical Quality Specialists, provide coaching, and propose improvements to optimize workflow and processes. This is an onsite or hybrid position. Summary: The Senior Technical Quality Specialist will lead testing efforts for functionality and accessibility, ensuring compliance with Section 508 regulations. The position will also provide leadership to a team of Technical Quality Specialists, improving overall testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years related experience in technical quality assurance and accessibility testing.
• Demonstrated expertise with Section 508 web accessibility guidelines and JAWS testing tools.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams.

Nice To Haves

• DHS Trusted Tester certification.
• Experience with UI/UX principles and web development best practices.
• Knowledge of change and version control systems.

Responsibilities
