About The Position

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead EVOCS' most strategic and technically complex client engagements, partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver high-impact technology initiatives. We're looking for a leader who thrives where others see complexity. In this role, you'll bring structure to ambiguity, build trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver strategic technology initiatives across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, Salesforce, Application Development, and other enterprise technology domains.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, client-facing technical projects within consulting, professional services, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven experience partnering with executive, business, and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives across one or more of the following domains: Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Salesforce, Application Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or similar project management platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve project planning, documentation, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational, stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation or strategic technology implementation programs.
  • Previous consulting experience working with enterprise clients.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, client-facing technical projects from discovery through successful delivery.
  • Develop execution plans, governance structures, and delivery strategies that drive successful outcomes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements while balancing competing priorities and evolving client needs.
  • Quickly assess project health, identify risks, and drive initiatives back on track when needed.
  • Develop strong partnerships with executive sponsors and senior client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive meetings, governance sessions, and strategic workshops with confidence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by managing expectations, communicating proactively, and guiding clients through complex decisions.
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence and bring clarity to complex technical initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Foster collaboration between business, technical, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to continuously improving delivery standards and best practices.
