About The Position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a direct hire position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Plano, TX or Camas, WA. The Senior Technical Project Manager plans and delivers complex technology programs across Marketing & Digital Experience Engineering and partners. This role will provide governance, executive reporting, dependency management, financial oversight, and coordination to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology programs, reporting to the Application Development Team Lead.

Requirements

• 8 years managing enterprise technology programs
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise application delivery within the MarTech domain
• Experience leading Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Experience managing external vendors
• Experience within Financial Services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large technology programs
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
• Facilitate Steering Committees and executive status reporting
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Marketing, Enterprise Platforms, Information Security, Infrastructure, Architecture and vendors
• Partner with Engineering Managers to remove delivery roadblocks
• Track financials, resource allocation and vendor statements of work
• Promote governance, change management and release readiness
• Manage project communications with executive partners
• Ensure projects follow established delivery methodologies and governance processes
