Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
- Oversee internal operational and technology initiatives across multiple departments
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables with department leaders
- Drive projects to completion
- Build, document, and improve business processes and operational workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and technology
- Implement new systems, tools, and operational initiatives
- Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and communicate updates to leadership
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
- Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements that support organizational growth
