About The Position

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead global delivery of a security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams. The role manages delivery across teams in the USA, EU, LatAm, and India, coordinating timelines, dependencies, Agile ceremonies, milestone execution, stakeholder expectations, and technical issue resolution. It also leads vulnerability remediation and configuration-gap work with engineering teams, provides executive visibility into delivery metrics, and maintains security-control governance in heavily regulated enterprise environments. The role requires at least five years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs; experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, security architecture, and security controls; cloud-agnostic experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform; Jira proficiency; scaled Agile expertise in regulated corporate environments; and upper-intermediate English. Candidates must be authorized to work for any US employer; the company is unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship. The position offers flexible scheduling with remote and office options.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs.
Deep understanding of security architecture and Security Controls Posture Management (SCPM) controls.
Solid experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, with strong expertise in remediation.
Proven experience in a cloud-agnostic environment involving AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency with Jira.
Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks in heavily regulated corporate environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to manage, coach, and align global cross-functional teams independently.
Upper-intermediate English level.
Authorization to work for any employer in the US; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

Nice To Haves

Direct software or security engineering background, or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud.

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across teams in the USA, EU, LatAm, and India.
Track discrete delivery milestones, including ASPM enablement and automated evidence attestation.
Manage stakeholder expectations and align deliverables to short-horizon timelines, typically in three-to-four-week cycles.
Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot technical program blockers, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
Lead vulnerability and configuration-gap remediation in collaboration with engineering teams.
Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.
Maintain security-control compliance and ensure governance frameworks are met in heavily regulated enterprise environments.
Independently manage, coach, and align cross-functional global teams.
