About The Position

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead global delivery of a security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams. The role manages delivery across teams in the USA, EU, LatAm, and India, maintaining timelines, dependencies, Agile ceremonies, milestones, stakeholder expectations, and compliance controls in regulated enterprise environments. It includes proactive leadership of vulnerability and configuration-gap remediation, resolution of delivery blockers, and executive reporting on velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion. The position requires experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, security architecture or cloud security, multi-region enterprise IT programs, scaled Agile in regulated environments, Jira, and strong English communication skills. The role requires authorization to work for any US employer; AgileEngine cannot sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship. The company describes flexible scheduling with remote and office options.

Requirements

Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.
At least 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs.
Deep understanding of security architecture and Security Controls Posture Management (SCPM) controls.
Solid experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, particularly remediation.
Proven experience in a cloud-agnostic environment involving AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency with Jira.
Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks in heavily regulated corporate environments.
Upper-intermediate English level.
Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to manage, coach, and align cross-functional global teams independently.

Nice To Haves

Direct software or security engineering background, or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud.

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across teams in the USA, EU, LatAm, and India.
Track delivery milestones, including ASPM enablement and automated evidence attestation.
Manage stakeholder expectations and align deliverables to short delivery cycles, typically three to four weeks.
Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot technical program blockers, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
Lead vulnerability and configuration-gap remediation in collaboration with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.
Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.
Maintain compliance with security controls and governance frameworks in heavily regulated enterprise environments.
Independently manage, coach, and align cross-functional global teams.
