About The Position

AG Consulting Partners is seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Program Manager to support a Responsible AI (RAI) program in a large enterprise technology environment. Approximately 80% of the role focuses on technical development, automation, reporting, and operational improvements, with the remaining 20% supporting Responsible AI governance and impact assessment activities. The position combines technical development, business analysis, automation, and program management, and calls for independently taking initiatives from concept through implementation.

Requirements

Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, building, implementing, and maintaining enterprise business applications and automated workflows.
Strong practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including independently developing and troubleshooting solutions.
Ability to take technical initiatives from initial requirements through solution design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including independently investigating complex issues and resolving root causes.
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, process improvements, and functional solutions.
Strong program and project management skills, including managing multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, establish direction, and deliver results with limited oversight.
Strong analytical thinking and understanding of interconnected systems, applications, and data flows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
Hands-on mindset and willingness to contribute to technical development and detailed operational activities.

Experience developing solutions using Dataverse.
Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Build solutions that streamline intake processes, case management, assessment workflows, and operational activities.
Troubleshoot complex application and automation issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
Support application configuration, testing, maintenance, and enhancements, including solutions using Dataverse.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve system reliability, and increase operational efficiency.
Translate complex or ambiguous stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions.
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable improvements.
Develop process maps, functional requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
Evaluate dependencies, data integrity, operational risks, and downstream impacts when designing solutions.
Manage technical and operational initiatives from requirements gathering through design, development, implementation, and ongoing support.
Drive multiple concurrent projects by managing priorities, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Identify challenges, recommend solutions, and take ownership of issues through resolution.
Balance strategic program objectives with hands-on technical execution and day-to-day operational needs.
Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar technologies.
Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Investigate reporting issues and improve data quality across applications and workflows.
Support Responsible AI impact assessments, governance reviews, and related operational processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate AI use cases, document findings, and identify potential privacy, security, and Responsible AI risks.
