About The Position

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead global delivery of a security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams. The role coordinates delivery across teams in the USA, EU, LatAm, and India, with responsibility for timelines, dependencies, Agile ceremonies, milestone delivery, stakeholder expectations, and proactive resolution of technical blockers. The program includes work such as ASPM enablement and automated evidence attestation, and operates on short delivery cycles, typically three to four weeks. The position leads vulnerability and configuration-gap remediation in collaboration with engineering teams, provides executives with visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion, and ensures security controls and governance requirements are met in heavily regulated enterprise environments. The role requires experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, cloud security or security architecture, multi-region enterprise IT programs, scaled Agile in regulated settings, Jira, and strong English communication skills.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs.
Deep understanding of security architecture and Security Controls Posture Management (SCPM) controls.
Solid experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, particularly remediation.
Proven experience in a cloud-agnostic environment spanning AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency with Jira.
Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks in heavily regulated corporate environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to manage, coach, and align global cross-functional teams independently.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Direct software or security engineering background, or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud.

Responsibilities
