About The Position

arrivia is seeking a Technical Program Manager with experience in delivering complex systems and integrating AI into their workflow. This role involves bridging the gap between product vision and technical execution on multi-team programs, utilizing AI copilots, automation platforms, and intelligent tooling to enhance throughput, forecasting accuracy, and stakeholder communication. The position requires owning programs long enough to see them scale beyond initial launch.

Requirements

8+ years leading technical programs in cross-functional environments, with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-team systems.
Ability to speak credibly about system architecture, integration patterns, and technical tradeoffs.
Strong understanding of the SDLC, modern CI/CD models, and Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
At least 2 years actively integrating AI into professional workflow, with daily hands-on use of AI copilots (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
Ability to configure AI-enhanced workflows in Azure DevOps, Jira, Slack, or Teams.
Ability to evaluate AI-generated output and discern when AI accelerates work versus introduces risk.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Business.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to lead change management around new ways of working.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
A track record of building capabilities that lasted and scaled after delivery.

Responsibilities

Own complex programs end to end, driving multi-team technical programs from inception through delivery and into sustained operation, ensuring they scale.
Engage substantively with architecture, integrations, and system dependencies, partnering with engineering leadership.
Translate strategic priorities into specifications and risk models using AI-assisted analysis to identify dependencies and blind spots.
Work with engineering to decompose requirements into technical stories, using AI to generate acceptance criteria and maintain story quality.
Manage timelines and quality using AI-powered project analytics for real-time schedule health and early warning on scope creep.
Use AI summarization to distill complex technical discussions into clear briefings for business units and IT teams.
Automate routine reporting and dashboards through AI-generated summaries.
Drive retrospectives using AI to analyze velocity trends and recurring blockers, recommending data-backed process adjustments.
Pilot new AI workflows and mentor other TPMs on moving from manual work to AI-augmented processes while maintaining human oversight.
