About The Position

Lead the end-to-end execution of technical programs from initiation to delivery. Manage the R&D, NPI and manufacture activities to meet the customer target spec and delivery time schedule. Define program scope, goals, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure accountability across all teams. Maintain cost models and drive organizations to improve them. Interface with customers and lead such engagements, including presentations and issue resolution. Communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership. Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and execution efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in optical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or other opto-electronic discipline.
• 15+ years in technical program management or product line management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent formal and informal communications skills, including written and oral discussions
• Ability to function effectively in both technical and business environments.
• Able to function in English.

Nice To Haves

• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
