About The Position

AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 software company serving Fortune 500 brands and startups across more than 17 industries. The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead global delivery of a security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams. The role coordinates delivery across teams in the USA, EU, LatAm, and India, aligning stakeholders and engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities and configuration gaps in regulated enterprise environments. The position covers program timelines, dependencies, Agile ceremonies, milestone tracking, delivery metrics, and executive visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion. The program includes milestones such as ASPM enablement and automated evidence attestation, with delivery expectations typically planned in three-to-four-week cycles. The role also ensures security-control governance and compliance.

Requirements

Authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.
At least 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs.
Deep understanding of security architecture and Security Controls Posture Management (SCPM) controls.
Solid experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, with strong expertise in remediation.
Proven experience in a cloud-agnostic environment involving AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency with Jira.
Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks in heavily regulated corporate environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to manage, coach, and align global cross-functional teams independently.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Direct software or security engineering background, or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud.

Responsibilities
