We are looking to hire a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Access Management and Governance (AMG) team and lead operational execution for the SaaS Application Provisioning portfolio. AMG builds the control layer for enterprise access across Microsoft Entra and application provisioning extends Entra identity security and governance into third-party applications through a large ecosystem of connectors and ISV partnerships. In this role, you will turn product strategy and roadmap priorities into sustained, measurable execution across authentication modernization, ISV provisioning connector onboarding and migrations, connector lifecycle management, partner readiness, and risk and dependency management. You will work across Microsoft engineering and product management teams, and with external ISVs to ensure commitments are clear, blockers are resolved, customer-impacting changes are communicated, and programs reach completion. The ideal candidate is technically knowledgeable about provisioning and security standards, including SCIM and OAuth. Your role will balance operational execution to ensure programs move forward aggressively, with the mentality of always looking to improve the system, apply AI to remove humans from the loop, and drive efficiency into the overall system. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• Experience with SaaS application provisioning and identity integration technologies such as SCIM, OAuth, workload identity federation, APIs, schemas, or connector platforms; familiarity with non-human identities, service principals, or managed identities is preferred.
• Experience working with software vendors, platform partners, or enterprise customers to drive technical onboarding, migrations, readiness, issue resolution, and roadmap-dependent commitments across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational execution for the SaaS App Provisioning portfolio, translating strategy and roadmap priorities into integrated plans, milestones, readiness criteria, dependency management, and measurable completion outcomes.
• Lead authentication modernization and connector lifecycle programs across SaaS provisioning and identity integration technologies, including SCIM, OAuth, workload identity federation, APIs, schemas, connector platforms, and migrations away from legacy authentication methods.
• Establish scalable operating rhythms, dashboards, and executive reporting for program health, milestones, risks, decisions, and completion; use AI and automation to improve partner follow-up, risk detection, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Drive ISV onboarding and partner migrations by maintaining partner-level schedules and commitments, coordinating Microsoft and external dependencies, validating operational readiness, resolving blockers, and escalating risks that threaten customer or delivery outcomes.
• Adopt an AI first mindset and implement AI tools as needed
