Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and flows.
Hands-on experience with PowerApps for custom application development.
Advanced skills in Power BI, specifically in reporting, dashboards, and DAX.
Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Oral English.
Advanced Spanish.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Background in Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks to guide project execution.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams, proactively identifying signals before incidents occur.
Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.
Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
