About The Position

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process within Revenue Operations and establish NPI as a core discipline. This role is crucial for bringing new products to market, ensuring that pricing, packaging, quoting logic, approval rules, and controls are fully developed and tested before a product is sellable. The TPM will also manage the integration of acquired products. This is a foundational role at the intersection of product launch and commercial operations, reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations. The TPM will oversee the entire launch path, from requirements and design to build, testing, and go-live readiness, collaborating with Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and the field. Additionally, the role involves building automation and tooling to enhance the speed and reliability of NPI and broader commercial operations. This is a senior individual contributor position critical to every product launch and acquisition integration.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical program management, revenue operations, product operations, or commercial systems, with a proven track record of owning launches end-to-end and building supporting systems.
  • Owner-operator mindset with a focus on owning the outcome and treating NPI as a system to be built, run, and fixed.
  • A builder's bias, comfortable starting from a near-blank slate and defining processes where none exist.
  • Ability to own the design, with technical and commercial depth to shape NPI and commercial systems, define requirements, and facilitate design calls.
  • Strong cross-functional program management skills, including timeline management, driving deliverables, and synthesizing stakeholder input.
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption-based business models, including understanding dependencies across billing, contracts, revenue recognition, and the commercial system.
  • Strong working knowledge of systems critical to launches, including Salesforce and CPQ, financial and billing systems, product rating, and telemetry.
  • Comfort designing quoting rules, approval logic, and automated controls across these systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience driving cross-functional forums and presenting readiness status to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical field.

Nice To Haves

  • M&A or technology integration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish NPI as a repeatable discipline by building the launch process, requirements framework, and operating cadence.
  • Own the end-to-end launch program, managing timelines, driving deliverables across cross-functional teams, and synthesizing work into a readiness plan.
  • Define the commercial and operational design of a launch, including requirements for pricing setup, quoting logic, discount and approval rules, and controls.
  • Manage the integration path for acquired products, bringing them onto the commercial system and ensuring they are sellable through standard processes.
  • Conduct end-to-end flow testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the quote-to-cash path, to identify and resolve issues before go-live.
  • Oversee go-live readiness, setting launch criteria, running go/no-go decisions, and coordinating field activation with Enablement.
  • Develop automation and tooling to improve the speed and reliability of the commercial system and NPI processes.
  • Track launches post-go-live, identify post-launch issues, and incorporate learnings into future processes.

Benefits

  • Flexible work environment (globally distributed and remote-friendly).
  • Employer contributions towards healthcare.
  • Stock options for every new team member.
  • Flexible time off in the US.
  • A $500 Home office setup for remote employees.
  • Opportunities for Global Gatherings (company-wide offsites).
