About The Position

Axon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead cross-functional AI initiatives at the intersection of AI research, engineering, product management, and hardware ecosystems. The role owns programs from early concept through model development, cloud or edge deployment, and ongoing post-launch optimization. Programs include Generative AI workflows such as Draft One and Form One, Video Search and Automated Redaction, and On-Device Edge Vision and Guardian Alerts. The role also de-risks complex machine learning systems, scales internal delivery mechanisms, and bridges research and production environments.
