Requirements

12+ overall years of program management experience in delivering software products.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery towards critical timelines alongside thoughtful long-term steps towards improving planning, processes, and team capabilities.

Nice To Haves

Past experience as a software developer.
Knowledge of SOC, GPU or CPU project management.
Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing.
Experience with software productivity tools and process automation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team and peers across the company to build, represent and carry out detailed plans representing the team's work.
Align NVIDIA's chipset and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities.
Keep the team on track by coordinating dependencies across functional areas and identifying planning gaps.
Make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups.
Partner closely with hardware, release planning, and customers, giving a complete picture of software at NVIDIA.
Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems.
Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency.
