About The Position

LG Ads is a leading global ad solutions company, transforming the advertising landscape through innovative technologies. We are building the future of AdTech with our A.I. Data System (ADS), our proprietary AI agent designed to enhance every aspect of our business, from internal operations to external partner experiences. Job Summary: LG Ads is seeking a highly skilled and motivated TPM-AI, specializing in Generative AI Agents, to join our dynamic AI team. The TPM–AI leads the end-to-end implementation of internal AI agents across the organization, for both internal and external client-facing products. This role translates complex business processes into scalable, agentic execution models while ensuring safe rollout, measurable impact, and long-term maintainability. This role requires expertise in the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML products, particularly in the Generative AI space. Additionally, this role requires a strong background in agile development methodologies and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience in AI, ML, or automation-heavy programs and products
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional implementations from concept through production
  • Strong ability to map business workflows into system or agent-driven execution models
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, services, and modern software architectures
  • Proven experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Proven knowledge of coding languages (i.e. Python, SQL) and cloud platforms (particularly AWS).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and execution rigor

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of internal AI agents (e.g., Mosaic, Troubleshooting), from design through production rollout
  • Translate business workflows into agentic execution models, including task decomposition, orchestration, and guardrails
  • Define success metrics for AI agents (efficiency gains, automation rate, quality improvements)
  • Lead deprecation planning and execution for redundant legacy tools, workflows, and processes replaced by AI agents
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to safely migrate users off legacy systems
  • Ensure AI implementations reduce operational complexity rather than introduce parallel systems
  • Act as the primary execution partner for Product and Engineering on AI roadmap delivery
  • Align AI agent development with platform standards, security, and compliance requirements
  • Surface execution risks and dependencies early, driving resolution across teams
