About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join RBC Borealis to manage AI Digital Transformation programs across Personal Banking & Commercial Banking. In this role, you will be working at the intersection of program delivery, product strategy, engineering, and risk management to build and scale advanced data and ML pipelines, agentic AI systems, and Large Language Model (LLM) applications. You will ensure that complex programs are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive the design, development and deployment of AI systems that are reliable, explainable, and compliant. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or product management within technology organizations leading large cross-functional portfolios
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior leaders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in ambiguous environments
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, data engineering, modern software development practices and delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to define program objectives, scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and operating model
  • Drive program delivery excellence, manage complex interdependencies, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, including technical, operational, and regulatory
  • Lead stakeholder communications with clear, concise, and compelling messaging
  • Track program progress against milestones and KPIs, present clear and concise executive reporting
  • Facilitate risk approvals across enterprise risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies, data privacy standards, and AI governance guidelines
  • Manage program resource allocations and budget planning, tracking, and reporting
