About The Position

At InnoWave, we're transforming complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions through intelligent automation, AI-powered analysis, and modern engineering practices. We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to bridge business and technology, drive solution design, and leverage AI to accelerate the systems analysis lifecycle. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Systems, preferably within telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments
  • Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience analyzing complex business processes, system integrations, and enterprise application landscapes
  • Proficiency creating process flows, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and systems implementation practices
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience using AI technologies such as Claude or other large language models to improve analysis, documentation, and productivity
  • Experience applying automation to streamline analysis workflows and documentation processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering high-quality business solutions
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Analyze business processes and document current-state and future-state workflows
  • Evaluate system impacts, dependencies, and downstream effects across complex enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Product, and QA teams to define scalable technical solutions
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as Claude to draft, summarize, compare, and refine business and technical documentation
  • Apply automation techniques to streamline requirements gathering, documentation, reporting, and analysis activities
  • Create process flows, system diagrams, and solution documentation using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar modeling tools
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements, technical solutions, testing activities, and release deliverables
  • Support release planning, change management, implementation activities, and post-deployment validation
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, operations, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system efficiency, and delivery through AI-enabled analysis and automation
  • Champion best practices in systems analysis, documentation quality, and continuous improvement
