Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including strong experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, data model, and declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
  • Proven experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment tools such as Change Sets, SFDX, and Git.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms, preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Background in customer experience, sales operations, or support operations is preferred.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
  • Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, strategic objectives, and delivery readiness.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators to design and deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centered solutions.
  • Drive the implementation of enhancements and new capabilities within Sales Cloud and, where applicable, Service Cloud.
  • Support ongoing platform optimization by improving data integrity, system usability, performance, and end-user adoption.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stakeholder demos, and release readiness discussions.
  • Monitor KPIs, user feedback, and operational outcomes to inform roadmap planning and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Help ensure solutions are delivered in line with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to support successful deployment, change management, and business adoption.
