About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the demo experience for Piper, their AI SDR Agent, which is at the center of Qualified, the leading Agentic Marketing Platform for B2B pipeline generation. This role requires a blend of product depth, storytelling, and stage presence to make complex innovations feel effortless and exciting. The Technical PMM will work closely with Product, Solution Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop and maintain compelling, repeatable demo experiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing, solutions engineering, or a technical customer-facing role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining product demo environments.
  • Deep curiosity about AI and marketing technology.
  • Exceptional presentation skills; ability to make complex products feel magical in front of any audience.
  • Strong collaboration instincts; ability to work cross-functionally across Product, SE, and Marketing.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience at or working closely with Salesforce ecosystem events (World Tour, Dreamforce, Connections) is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the demo environment: Build, configure, and maintain Piper demo environments, including persona setup, Agent Studio configuration, conversation flows, marketing assets, and brand profiles.
  • Keep demo orgs current with every release: Iterate with every launch, staying in sync with Product and Solution Engineering teams to update demo flows showcasing new innovations.
  • Create demo assets for the field: Record voiceovers and produce demo videos for internal enablement, external events, and Salesforce broadcast moments, delivering high-quality footage on tight timelines.
  • Present at Salesforce World Tour and major events: Take the Piper demo on the road to tier-1 events, presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Enable the sales and SFDC field: Support ongoing enablement programs to help internal teams and Salesforce sellers understand how to position and demo Qualified.
  • Be the demo voice in the room: Collaborate with PMM, Product, and Field Marketing teams to ensure demos reflect the latest narrative and competitive positioning.
