About The Position

Cobalt is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the strategic product vision and lead initiatives and 0-to-1 feature development for its Autonomous and Continuous Pentesting portfolio. The role focuses on delivering measurable business return and helping evolve security testing beyond traditional point-in-time services through continuous, scalable, AI-driven security coverage for enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will own product work from discovery through delivery and post-launch evaluation, combining business acumen with technical rigor. They will conduct ongoing customer and market research, translate user needs into validated product requirements, and lead cross-functional teams. They will also improve product management processes, communicate roadmap decisions and metrics clearly, and serve as a subject matter expert in continuous vulnerability management, AI-driven offensive security, and automated pentesting workflows. The role is part of a growing product management team and supports work with global colleagues in a remote environment.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of product management experience, including strategic leadership, end-to-end feature ownership, and delivering tangible business ROI.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity products; 3 or more years in offensive security is preferred.
• Proven experience in continuous product discovery, user research, and validation of continuous or automated security offerings.
• Experience driving autonomous or continuous security solutions, vulnerability management platforms, or related enterprise offensive security offerings.
• Proactive leadership skills and willingness to challenge processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate operational friction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical teams, leadership, and external customers, including the ability to explain technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences and build empathy for user problems.
• Strong bias for action, creative thinking, innovation, and data-driven product decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a can-do attitude.
• Experience with agile software development.
• Experience working with global team members in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the Autonomous and Continuous Pentesting portfolio.
• Align feature scope with customer value and measurable business outcomes, and track adoption and retention metrics.
• Lead ongoing customer discovery and market validation to identify high-impact problems in continuous security testing.
• Translate complex user needs into actionable, validated product requirements.
• Own product features across the lifecycle, from ideation and specification through execution, deployment, and post-launch evaluation.
• Challenge inefficient workflows, implement scalable product processes, and foster alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
• Provide regular, transparent updates and clear documentation on roadmap progress, product decisions, and operational metrics.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on continuous vulnerability management, AI-driven offensive security techniques, and automated pentesting workflows.
• Define and monitor success criteria and evaluate product performance against business metrics and customer satisfaction outcomes.
