Senior Technical Product Manager
About The Position
Ether.fi is seeking a Technical Product Manager to contribute to the development of next-generation crypto financial products. This role operates at the nexus of Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations, focusing on defining, building, and launching products for a global user base. It is a highly technical position requiring a deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, payments, blockchain infrastructure, and operational workflows to facilitate informed decision-making and rapid product delivery. The role involves active participation with engineering teams, including writing specifications, defining requirements, analyzing data, and guiding products from conception to launch, rather than merely managing timelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience building credit card, crypto, fintech, or money movement products
- Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams
- Ability to understand APIs, system architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions
- Excellent written communication and product specification skills
- Proven ability to ship products in fast-moving startup environments
Responsibilities
- Own products from idea through launch, iteration, and ongoing performance
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and priorities in partnership with Engineering and Design
- Build intuitive experiences that simplify complex financial and crypto concepts
- Translate customer, business, and operational needs into clear product specifications
- Partner closely with engineers to design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions
- Use data, research, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions
- Analyze funnels, user behavior, and product performance to improve adoption, retention, and revenue
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership to deliver impactful outcomes
